Lovely pictures Julie. My head is full of beautiful gardens and scenes like your paintings, I long for a laundry drying day. I'd love a donkey to share it with, but a small dog will do very nicely at the moment! It's very wet here in Cornwall and I retreated to Pinterest this afternoon to dream of spring and all the thing I could do in the garden.
Thank you Felicity,
I am practically willing the geraniums to bud, and gazing every chance I get at my camellias and freesias. We're hoping for rain this weekend. Wish a few of those Cornwall clouds would fly over here!
I love Miss Mouse and her greeny garden! And the thought of gazing at camellias and freesias - oh that scent! - is a dream. Wish we could send some of our moisure -all this snow! - to California. Am joining you in wishing for rain - so saddened by news reports of the drought. Such crazy weather we are all having.

I am loving all of your paintings!
Spring in New England is only a few months away :)
Dear Julie,
Having sung the praises of winter only two weeks ago I have been fighting the grey skies this week with many dreams of spring. Come on snowdrops, I have muttered a few times although, to be honest, the expectation is almost as sweet as their actual arrival.
I was thrilled to receive your news a few days ago via e-mail. I have been mulling and dreaming and I will be in touch very shortly.
Great moments lie ahead...
Stephanie
What a delightful garden themed post! Your paintings are lovely. Our weather has been pretty mild this winter so beginning buds are already popping in the garden. Right now our usual techie, book loving city is over the moon for the Seahawks playing in the Super Bowl. Our sports teams are generally not very good so we are all swept into the excitement of the big game. The garden can wait a few more days...Happy almost February!
Your garden lady reminds me of the beloved 'Miss Read' books. So homey and down to earth. =)
Sigh!!........♥♥♥♥♥

It'll be several months before we can think of spending time in the garden again, but I am already very much looking forward to that time!
It's too soon for garden gloves at our house, but I feel the sunshine coming through your beautiful work, Julie! As always, delightful and fun to visit you!
Happy February,
Lin
