Stages

Elf light, bat light,
Touchwood light and toad light,
And the sea a shimmering gloom of grey,
And a small face smiling,
In a dream's beguiling
In a world of wonders far away.
Walter de la Mare

Now sleeps the crimson petal, Now the white,
Nor waves the cypress in the palace walk,
Now winks the gold fin in the porphyry font;
The fireflly wakens. Waken thou with me.
Alfred Lord Tennyson

Circus stages and woodland ones too.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend

heavens to mercy, lady! The elephant on the pedestal was bold and heart warming. The owl and the fox transcends my powers of description. Both are beautiful. You are a treasure!

Hey Julie, I always struggle to find the right words to describe how I feel when I see your new pieces.
They are just lovely (totally inadequate)a different style, it works so well.
Love the poetry ' awaken fireflys' sounds wonderful.
The most beautiful winters day here, inspiration everywhere you look.
Have a lovely day in your corner of the globe.

Julie, one day I must come to visit you!
My friends inThe Vintage Fairy Tales
would go perfectly well with your friends.
Make sure that the fox and the owl are at home.
I want to ask them if they are willing to do some
photoshooting..!?
Tell them that I offer some afternoon tea as payment, if that's okay.
Love to you
Becky

I'm late coming by, have not been blogging as much. But I am SO glad to be here! I can't believe your talent and imagination, you are so amazing Julie. I LOVE the fox and the owl, I think that's the cutest thing i've ever seen. I just saw a fox here in our marsh, there is a mother and at least 2 cubs! I love your animals.
I hope your having a wonderful weekend!

Julie, I am enjoying my find: that of finding you! Whisps from the past, and lovely poetry. A china painter, turned potter, 'tis I, with an eye and ear for the very special! I am so looking forward to acquiring a cup or two for tea! Beth
